Gametronex Standard Return / Exchange Policy

• All merchandise(s) can be returned for refund within 30 days from invoice date unless states otherwise.
• All unwanted/opened/used product returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.
• Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
• Gametronex.com does not pay return shipping cost.  Buyer is recommended to ship merchandise(s) using track-able shipping method.
• Return items(s) must be in original condition.  All manuals and accessories should be included in the original package.
• Opened video games(s) and software may not be returned for refund or exchange.
